Privacy Policy

Your data and privacy are important to me and treated with the utmost care and respect. I only collect data that is absolutely necessary for ongoing operations.

Below you’ll find information about non-Personally Identifiable Information (e.g. browser type, device type etc.) and Personally Identifiable Information (e.g. IP address).

Please contact me using the contact button below…any time if you have any questions regarding the data collection and privacy policies. I read each inquiry and I or a member of my team will get back to you within 48 business-day hours.

What personal information is collected from the people that visit the website?

Various data, like IP address and usage data (as specified in their respective privacy policies) may be collected through third parties (e.g. Google Analytics, and social media widgets etc.).

In addition, I collect personal information you enter when sending an inquiry, join the Insider’s Club, or sign up for an online class or webinar  (your email and phone number for example, so that I can send you the helpful content you asked for, connect with you to get you on the schedule, or enroll you in the class or webinar.)

When do we collect information?

We (which now means me and my assistant aka the business and the website automatically) collect information from you when you visit our site and make an action, like fill out the contact form, join the Insiders Club, share a post, recommend or link on Facebook, or comment using your gravatar profile.

How do we use your information?

We only use your NPPI and PPI data when and how it is legally permitted and is necessary for ongoing operations of Luwandi Counseling and Coaching.

We use the information to collect and analyze data regarding the visitors (e.g. location, language) and their behavior on here (e.g. pages accessed, sessions, contact etc.).

Do we use ‘cookies’?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use cookies to collect aggregate data about site traffic, visitor usage of the site and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf (e.g. Google Analytics). You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You can do this through your browser settings (look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies).

If you turn cookies off, it won’t affect the user experience.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information strictly confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect others’ or our rights, property or safety.

Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Third-party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. Similarly, we often post links to other websites of interest. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies that we do not have any control over. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
